Terms.

These terms apply when you order from VAER. They are written to be read.

Ordering

Sending an order request does not charge you and is not yet a sale. We reply by email to confirm what you asked for and send a payment link. The sale is made when you pay. We may decline a request, for example if a piece is no longer available or we cannot deliver to your address.

Prices and payment

Prices are in the currency shown beside each piece. Shipping is shown before you send your request and confirmed in the email we send you. Payment is taken through a secure link from our payment provider; we never see your card details.

Parcels are sent duty-paid wherever the carrier allows. Where a country still charges import duty or tax on arrival, that charge is the recipient’s to pay.

Made to order, and delivery

Every piece is made after you pay. Allow 2–4 weeks from payment to delivery. That is our honest estimate, not a guaranteed date: carriers and customs can add time. We email tracking when your order ships. Please check your delivery address carefully; we cannot redirect a parcel once it has left.

Pictures and colour

Product pictures show the design as closely as we can. Because each piece is printed individually, colour and print placement can vary slightly, and garment measurements can differ by 1–2 cm.

Cancelling

You can cancel for a full refund until your piece goes into production, which is usually within a day of payment. Write to us straight away. Once production has started we cannot cancel.

Returns and faults

Because each piece is made for you, we cannot take it back for a change of mind or for a different size. The size guide is there to help you choose.

If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We will remake it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Nothing here takes away rights that the consumer law where you live gives you.

Our designs

The VAER name, the root mark, the artwork and the pictures on this site belong to VAER. Please do not copy or reproduce them without asking.

If something goes wrong

If we get something wrong we will put it right by remaking the piece or refunding what you paid. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses that follow from an order.
