VAER is a small, independent clothing label. This page says what we learn about you when you use this site, what we do with it, and who else sees it.
What we collect
- When you send an order request: your name, email address, delivery address, the pieces and sizes you chose, and anything you write in the note. A phone number only if you give one.
- When you join the list: your email address.
- When you write to us: whatever you send.
Your bag is kept in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you send an order request. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The company that hosts the site keeps ordinary server logs, as every web host does.
What we use it for
- To confirm your order, send your payment link, make your piece and deliver it.
- To answer you if something goes wrong.
- To tell you about new releases, if you joined the list. Every message says how to leave.
We do not sell your details or pass them on for anyone else’s marketing.
Who else sees it
- Our production and delivery partners receive your name, delivery address and phone number so they can make and ship your order.
- Our payment provider handles your payment. We never see or store your card details.
- Our email and form providers carry the messages between you and us.
Some of these partners are in other countries, so your details may be handled outside the country you live in.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them to deal with the order and to meet tax and accounting rules. If you joined the list, we keep your email address until you leave it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can leave the list at any time. Write to the address on your order confirmation and we will deal with it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
