How long will my order take?
Every VAER piece is printed for you after you order — nothing waits in a warehouse. Production takes about a week and delivery 9–14 days after that. Allow 2–4 weeks from payment to doorstep. We email tracking as soon as your piece ships.
What does shipping cost?
One flat rate per order, and free when you order two or more pieces.
Parcels ship duty-paid wherever the carrier allows, so most orders arrive with nothing further to pay.
How do the pieces fit?
Each piece has its own cut and size chart. The polo is relaxed with light stretch; the tee is oversized. The crewneck and hoodie are loose, heavyweight layers with dropped shoulders. Compare the garment measurements with a piece you already own before choosing.
How do I pay?
No payment is taken on this site. Send your order request and we reply within 24 hours with a confirmation and a secure payment link. Your piece goes into production once payment is received.
Can I return or exchange?
Because each piece is made for you, we can’t take returns for a change of mind or a different size — the size guide is there to help you choose. If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will remake it or refund you.
How do I care for it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Iron on low, never over the print.
